FAQ

Question:
Where can I get further information or register for an interview?

Answer:
On the bottom left of the homepage you will find two forms which can be downloaded and sent to us – one for the candidate and one for the employer. However, you can also send us an email with the contact button. We will make an effort to respond as soon as possible and forward you the relevant information. We do, however, prefer an initial contact per telephone, as we do not want to give standard answers and rather answer based on individual questions.

Question:
Can you guarantee that my data is handled confidentially?

Under the button „data security“you will find our data security declaration. Trust and permanent relations are our trademark and we would never endanger these values. In Germany, in particular, it is a prerequisite that data is handled confidentially.

Question:
Where can I get information regarding, for example, emigration, unemployment benefits or tax questions?

Answer:
Since we have been living in Germany for almost 14 years, we have gone through the process ourselves and can therefore directly answer many questions. In addition, we have an excellent network in The Netherlands and in Germany and are members of various official agencies. Furthermore, there are innumerous websites, mainly specified on answering practical questions.

Question:
Why should I attend various seminars and courses since I already have work experience? Can’t I just directly start?

Answer:
Although life styles in Germany and The Netherlands are very similar, there are significant cultural differences. With proper preparation and touching base with a new culture for the first time, a permanent working relationship can be developed and linked with a congenial working and private life. We have often experienced that a too speedy transition can lead to great disappointment, both on the employee and employer side.

Question:
What about the acknowledgement of my (Dutch) diplomas? Are there 1:1 comparable to German diplomas?

Answer:
Yes and no. This is a very diverse topic and needs to be considered on an individual basis. The German government and employers are not always rigid anymore in their opinions/acknowledgements, and have also recognized that there is a growing demand regarding acceptance of foreign diplomas and certificates. Thus, it is important that we convince employers of content and quality of your training(s). In addition, we can also inquire with the ministries in regard to which diplomas as accepted or not.
